Life is full of milestones and, as you all know, I’ve recently hit one that I never thought would happen. I’m finally engaged! 🥰💍 I’m beyond thrilled to share this news with you all, as it’s been a journey full of love, growth, and excitement. Being a mom, an entrepreneur, and now a fiancée, life feels like it’s moving faster than ever – and I couldn’t be happier.
As I embark on this new chapter, I can’t help but reflect on how deeply my passion for ND Kids continues to fuel me. This business is more than just a job – it’s my dream, my heart’s work. Every single coloring book, workbook, and resource I create is a piece of my soul. I believe wholeheartedly that these materials have the power to change the world, one child at a time. My mission is clear: to make neurodivergent children feel seen, understood, and celebrated through fun, engaging, and supportive tools that help them thrive.
But, like any dream worth chasing, it’s not without its challenges. Right now, my non-verbal coloring book is taking longer than I expected. It's been a lot of late nights, hours of research, and, admittedly, a few frustrating dead ends. There’s not as much readily available information on how to best support non-verbal children through creative resources like this, and what’s out there isn’t always applicable or effective. But I'm not backing down. This project matters, and I'm determined to get it right.
The beauty of running a business like ND Kids is that it gives me the chance to make a difference. But sometimes, the road to that difference is long and winding. I’m learning every step of the way, and while I’m excited for what’s to come, I’m also learning the importance of patience. We’re so close, but the details need to be perfect to ensure this book truly supports the children it’s meant for.
So, for all the parents and caregivers who have been waiting – thank you for your patience and trust. Your support means the world to me and reminds me why I keep going, even when the going gets tough. ND Kids will always be my passion, and I’m committed to continuing to grow, learn, and create resources that truly make a difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Together, we’ll keep changing the world, one book at a time.
